Drop-Off: 1. Purpose: This Drop-Off Policy outlines the procedures and requirements for consignors delivering items to Pine Lake Auctions LLC. Following these guidelines helps ensure efficient processing, accurate listing, and a smooth auction experience for all parties. 2. Drop-Off Schedule: Drop-offs are accepted Monday through Wednesday by appointment only. No unscheduled drop-offs will be accepted. Appointments can be scheduled by phone or email. 3. Accepted Items: Items accepted are home goods, antiques, collectibles, tools, appliances, and general merchandise. Items must be clean, complete, and in working order unless otherwise disclosed. All items are subject to acceptance at staff discretion. 4. Prohibited Items: Prohibited items include illegal items or items restricted by federal, state, or local law. Firearms, ammunition, or weapons. Hazardous materials, recalled items, or unsafe goods . Items with excessive damage, odor, mold, or infestation. 5. Item Preparation Requirements: Items must be clean and ready for display and photography. Small items should be boxed or bagged and clearly labeled. Any defects, missing parts, or operational issues must be disclosed at drop-off. 6. Intake & Listing Process: Upon drop-off, items will be inventoried and assigned lot numbers. Pine Lake Auctions LLC determines lot order, descriptions, photos, and starting prices unless otherwise agreed in writing. 7. Unsold Items & Withdrawal: Unsold items must be picked up within the designated timeframe communicated after the auction, if not pre-arranged to be submitted for a second auction. Items not picked up by the deadline may be subject to storage fees or disposal at the discretion of Pine Lake Auctions LLC. 7. Liability: While reasonable care is taken, Pine Lake Auctions LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage due to fire, flood, or other events beyond our control. Insurance coverage, if any, is limited. 8. Acknowledgment: By dropping off items, the consignor agrees to this Drop-Off Policy and all related auction terms and conditions. 9.
