Shipping: 1. Shipping Availability: Shipping is available only on items marked “Shipping Available” in the auction listing. Some items may be pickup only due to size, weight, fragility, or value. Local pickup is always encouraged when available. 2. Shipping Timeline: Items will typically be shipped the next business day after the auction is closed and full payment is receive. Shipments will typically arrive within 5-10 business days. During high-volume auctions, Holidays, and severe weather, shipping times may be longer. 3. Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for all shipping, handling, packing materials, and insurance costs. Shipping charges are not included in the winning bid price. You will receive an updated invoice after the auction closes with shipping costs of items included and a link to pay. 4. Carriers & Methods: We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on item size, weight, destination, and cost efficiency. We do not guarantee a specific carrier unless approved in advance. 5. Handling & Packing: Items are packed with care using appropriate materials. A handling and packing fee may apply. Fragile items are packed to the best of our ability; however, no guarantees are made once items are shipped. 6. Insurance: Insurance is optional unless otherwise stated. If requested, insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Pine Lake Auctions LLC is not responsible for loss or damage once items are transferred to the carrier. 7. Address Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is on file prior to payment. Address changes after shipment may result in additional fees. 8. Combined Shipping: Combined shipping may be offered at our discretion when practical. Combined shipping is not guaranteed for large, heavy, or fragile items. 9. International Shipping: International shipping is available only if stated in the listing. Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, and import restrictions. 10. No Refunds on Shipping: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Buyer remorse or failure to read item descriptions does not qualify for shipping refunds. 11.
