5 Black Americana Ceramic Figurine Assortment

An assortment of vintage glazed ceramic kitchenware figurines in the Black Americana style, depicting Mammy characters. The group includes various forms including several salt and pepper shakers and a small open-vessel pitcher. The figures feature varying poses and attire decorated with red, white, and black underglaze and overglaze colors. One figure is depicted in a white dress with multi-colored paint speckles and a brown headwrap, while another is a standing form wearing a red headwrap and holding a small open basket at her side. The bases are flat and unmarked, lacking any factory labels or signatures. Substantial paint loss and chipping are present on the overglaze cold paint, most notably on the red and black elements across all figures.
