An assortment of two pairs of vintage decorative bookends produced by the Philadelphia Mfg. Co. One pair features a three-dimensional representation of the Liberty Bell suspended within a brickwork archway supported by fluted pilasters. These are constructed of hand-cast metal with a bronze-toned plated finish. One unit bears a cast number "2" on the reverse. Clean with soft, damp cloth. No abrasives. pm PHILADELPHIA MFG. CO. PHILA., PA." with a logo depicting a foundry worker. Both pairs show scattered surface wear, minor nicks, and areas of tarnish or oxidation to the plating. The Liberty Bell pair features worn yellow felt pads with visible staining and adhesive failure at the edges. The library set has mismatched maroon and green felt pads exhibiting shelf wear and dust accumulation.
