Royal Doulton Porcelain Balloon Man Figurine

This polychrome glazed porcelain character figurine by Royal Doulton is titled "The Balloon Man." The piece depicts an elderly street vendor seated upon a wooden crate, clutching a vibrant cluster of multicolored balloons in shades of yellow, green, deep purple, and orange. The man is attired in a long black coat over a maroon waistcoat, a blue and white striped cravat, and a brown fedora hat, with a red polka-dot kerchief bundle resting at his feet. Below the circular mark is the title "The Balloon Man" and the model number "H.N. 1954". A small hand-painted brown character is also visible near the center hole.Height: 7.25 inchesWidth: 6 inchesThe figurine is in excellent overall vintage condition, with the general character of a well-preserved display piece. No chips, cracks, or professional repairs are visible. The delicate cluster of balloons is fully intact, and the polychrome glaze remains bright and free of crazing. Minor shelf wear is present on the unglazed foot rim.
