Syracuse Evening Star Porcelain Cups & Saucers

A set of teacups and saucers in the Evening Star pattern by Syracuse China. The fine porcelain bodies are finished in a cream-white glaze and decorated with a Mid-Century Modern atomic motif featuring stylized starbursts and crosses in black and gold tones. Each piece is finished with a silver-tone rim. The underside of each piece bears a black printed factory mark consisting of a banner reading EVENING STAR above the words SYRACUSE China and MADE IN AMERICA.Cup Height: 2 1/4 inchesCup Diameter: 3 3/4 inchesSaucer Diameter: 5 7/5 inchesThe collection is in excellent vintage condition with no visible chips, cracks, or repairs to the porcelain. The silver-tone rims and transfer decorations show no significant signs of rubbing or loss. Negligible shelf wear is present on the unglazed foot rings.
