Two sided wooden game board with a different printed game on each face, in its original frame. One side is titled SAN LOO across the top and CHINESE CHECKERS across the bottom, with a large six point star in red and tan and drilled holes at every intersection for marbles. The other side is titled ANTE UP RUMMY in a center circle, with arrows radiating to illustrated cards labeled TEN, JACK, QUEEN, KING, ACE, KING AND QUEEN, 8-9-10, ANY ONE SUITE, and POT. Tucked into the lower right of the rummy side is a printed ace of spades carrying the maker imprint of Northwestern Products of St. Louis, Missouri. Boards of this type date from roughly the 1930s into the 1950s. About seventeen inches square including the frame. Condition is fair to good with honest age and use. Colors are strong, with scuffing and rubbing on both faces, several small gouges and dents on the rummy side, paint loss at the frame corners, and a hanging hole through the top edge. No marbles or playing pieces are included. Estimated Value: $30 to $60 based on comparable recent sales. Sold as-is. Photos are the most accurate description of this lot.
