Milton Avenue Trumann, AR 72472 Removal from the Trumann location is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please verify the location of each purchased lot before scheduling removal. PAYMENT AND RELEASE REQUIREMENTS All purchases must be paid in full before any property may be removed. A paid receipt issued by Wooley Auctioneers must be presented before assets will be released. All onsite payments—including cash, cashier’s checks, and approved company checks—must be made at: 5904 Krueger Drive Jonesboro, AR 72401 No onsite payments will be accepted at the Trumann location. Buyers purchasing property located in Trumann must complete payment before arriving for removal. REMOVAL SCHEDULE Jonesboro Location September 17, 18, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25, 2026 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. daily Trumann Location Removal is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY during the designated removal period. Buyers purchasing lots located in Trumann must contact Wooley Auctioneers in advance to schedule a removal appointment. LOADING EQUIPMENT Two forklifts will be available at the Jonesboro location during the scheduled removal period to assist with loading palletized and readily accessible items. Forklift assistance will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis and is offered solely as a courtesy. Due to the volume of property being removed, buyers should expect delays during peak loading periods. Buyers are encouraged to provide their own forklifts, skid steers, trailers, loading equipment, rigging equipment, tools, and qualified personnel whenever practical. Auction staff will make reasonable efforts to assist buyers; however, the availability of loading assistance, equipment, personnel, and specific loading times cannot be guaranteed. Buyers purchasing large machinery, conveyor systems, structural steel, transformers, switchgear, trailers, or other oversized property should arrange for qualified riggers and appropriate loading equipment. WAREHOUSE CONDITIONS The Jonesboro warehouse contains a substantial quantity of industrial equipment, contractor inventory, warehouse automation components, and palletized materials. Inventory is densely stored in certain areas, and some purchased lots may not be immediately accessible. Removal of some items may require the temporary relocation of adjacent equipment before the purchased property can be safely accessed and loaded. Auction staff will coordinate this process as efficiently as possible. Buyers should allow sufficient time for removal and remain patient while auction personnel safely coordinate access to purchased assets. Our goal is to serve each buyer as efficiently as possible while maintaining a safe working environment for everyone onsite.
