INSPECTION / PREVIEW INFORMATION – PLEASE READ Wooley Auctioneers strongly encourages all prospective bidders to inspect the property prior to bidding. This auction consists of thousands of lots of industrial equipment, warehouse automation components, electrical equipment, contractor assets, trailers, tools, and material handling inventory. Daily ________________________________________ Auction Location S&H Systems, Inc. 5904 Krueger Drive Jonesboro, AR 72401 ________________________________________ Additional Information • Preview is open to the public during the scheduled inspection dates and hours. • Auction staff will be available to assist buyers in locating lots and answer general questions regarding the auction. • Buyers should allow adequate time to inspect the property, as inventory is located throughout a large warehouse and outdoor storage areas. • Due to the volume of inventory and the manner in which the warehouse is organized, some equipment may require assistance from Auction staff to access or view. • Certain items may be stored on pallets, shelving, trailers, or within densely packed warehouse areas. We respectfully ask for your patience while Auction staff assists in providing access to these items. • Buyers are welcome to take photographs, measurements, and record model and serial numbers during the inspection period. • Equipment may not be started, dismantled, disconnected, or moved without the express permission and supervision of Auction staff. • For safety reasons, no children under the age of eighteen (18) will be permitted on the auction premises during the inspection period. • All visitors must comply with posted safety rules and follow the instructions of Auction personnel while on the premises. ________________________________________ Buyer Responsibility All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with all faults and without warranty of any kind. Photographs, descriptions, inventory lists, engineering drawings, Bills of Material (BOMs), purchase records, dimensions, specifications, videos, and other information are provided solely as a convenience and are believed to be accurate; however, they are not guaranteed. Failure to inspect the property shall not relieve the Buyer of responsibility. By placing a bid, each Buyer acknowledges that they have either inspected the property to their satisfaction or voluntarily waived their right to inspect.
