PAYMENT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ Payment in full is required for all purchases before the removal of any property. Invoices will be emailed to successful bidders following the conclusion of the auction. Buyers are responsible for verifying receipt of their invoices and ensuring timely payment. Accepted Forms of Payment • Wire Transfer (Preferred) • Cashier’s Check • Company Check (Subject to Auctioneer approval and verification) • Cash • Credit cards may be accepted for smaller invoices at the Auctioneer’s discretion. Additional processing fees may apply. Payment instructions will be included with each invoice. ONSITE PAYMENT LOCATION – IMPORTANT All onsite payments, including cash, cashier’s checks, and approved company checks, must be made at: 5904 Krueger Drive Jonesboro, AR 72401 No onsite payments will be accepted at the Trumann warehouse located at 203 N. Milton Avenue, Trumann, AR 72472. This requirement applies to purchases located at either auction site. Buyers purchasing property from the Trumann warehouse must complete payment through the approved payment methods or at the Jonesboro payment location before any property will be released. Payment Deadline All invoices must be paid in full before any purchased property may be removed from either auction site. No assets will be released until payment has been received, verified, and approved by Wooley Auctioneers, Inc. Sales Tax Applicable Arkansas sales tax will be collected unless the Buyer has a valid Sales Tax Exemption Certificate on file with Wooley Auctioneers before payment. Dealers purchasing for resale must provide a current and valid resale certificate before an invoice can be processed as tax-exempt. Wire Transfers Wire transfers are encouraged for larger purchases. Wire instructions will be provided on your invoice. All wire-transfer fees are the responsibility of the Buyer. Payment must be received in the Auctioneer’s account before purchased property will be released. Buyer’s Premium A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final high bid price of each lot. Example: Winning Bid: $10,000.00 Buyer’s Premium (15%): $1,500.00 Subtotal: $11,500.00 Applicable Sales Tax (if required): Additional Total Amount Due: Invoice Total Release of Property A paid receipt issued by Wooley Auctioneers must be presented before the removal of any purchased property. Auction staff will not release assets without proof of payment.
