This trio includes one sterling silver snuffer with 1828 London hallmarks by William Wheatcroft and two ornate silver-plated examples. The collection features Rococo revival foliate handles, rectilinear forms, and Baroque repousse motifs. All items stand on three cast feet with integrated wick boxes. Two items measure 7.5 inches long and one measures 7 inches long. The items exhibit surface tarnish and light oxidation consistent with age (photos 1, 10). The plated pieces show wear to the finish on handles and edges where base metal is visible (photo 11). Overall functional condition is good.
