This trio of sterling silver serving spoons by Manchester Manufacturing Co. features ornate Art Nouveau and Rococo handles with decorative pierced bowls. Each piece is stamped STERLING on the reverse alongside a mark consisting of two birds flanking a shield with the letter M. The bowls are decorated with repousse floral motifs and star-shaped piercings, with two spoons retaining gold-washed interiors. The spoons measure 5.5 inches in length and the total weight is 1.585 OZT. The spoons are in very good antique condition with expected light surface tarnish (photos 1, 5, 10). The delicate pierced work is intact without visible breaks or repairs. The gold wash remains bright with only minor thinning at the edges.
