This lot includes an early enameled metal Chinese export spoon and a tested silver ornate Asian style spoon. The larger piece features a dragon terminal and a multi-lobed bowl with plique-à-jour enamel work. The silver spoon displays a figural sea-dog handle and a pierced foliate bowl. The enameled spoon measures 5 inches long, while the silver spoon measures 3.75 inches long and weighs 0.365 OZT. Both spoons exhibit age-appropriate oxidation and expected surface tarnish. The enamel on the larger spoon remains largely intact. Fine surface scratches and light wear are present on the silver surfaces (Photos 1, 5, 10).
