This contemporary oil on stretched canvas depicts an autumnal landscape with a yellow house reflected in a foreground pond. Executed with thick impasto, the piece is signed, but not legible. The reverse bears a handwritten inscription titled Autumn, noting the work was painted in the style of Fern Coppedge in 2023. A gallery label from Marquis Art and Frame of Wilkes-Barre is applied to the paper backing. 24 1/4 x 23 3/4 inches (frame); 21 x 20inches (canvas).Overall excellent condition with no major visible flaws to the painting or rustic wooden frame (photo 1).
