Joan Miro (Spanish, 1893–1983), Ceramiques de Miro et Artigas (1974), Bi-Fold Color Lithograph Large vintage bi-fold color lithograph from Ceramiques de Miro et Artigas, published in 1974 in conjunction with the celebrated collaboration between Joan Miro and master ceramicist Josep Llorens Artigas. Printed after Miro's original composition, the work features his iconic vocabulary of biomorphic forms, vivid primary colors, expressive black linework, and energetic splattered backgrounds. The lithograph is signed in the stone and additionally bears a graphite signature. Designed to fold into three panels as issued. Published on the occasion of the exhibition and documenting the celebrated ceramic works created by Miro and Artigas, this impressive large-format lithograph exemplifies the playful abstraction and vibrant color for which the artist is internationally recognized. Condition: Very good vintage condition with bright, saturated colors. Original center and side fold lines as issued. Minor edge wear and light handling consistent with age and storage. No significant tears or losses observed. Presents exceptionally well and would display beautifully framed. Measures 22" x 10 7/8".
