Manufactured in East Germany for the National People's Army (Nationale Volksarmee / NVA), this pair of Cold War era winter gloves features a dark navy blue woven fabric exterior with soft interior thermal fleece lining. Dating to the late 20th century, the pair is sewn together at the cuffs with a temporary factory tack stitch. Internal cloth tags clearly mark the pair with "MADE IN EAST GERMANY" alongside an military issue/size label reading "NVA 14". Condition appears unissued and unworn, showing crisp fabric with minimal shelf wear and intact original stitching connecting the pair. Internal tags are clean and fully legible. Each glove measures 11.5" L x 5" W. Offering authentic Cold War military provenance, this unissued set representsa neat historical addition for collectors of East German militaria, Warsaw Pact equipment, or military apparel.
