ca. 18th-early 19th century; Green and yellow painted softwood, hanging "Bible" cupboard with two drawers, oddly constructed with upper rail and lower rail set drawers with knob pulls. The cabinet has a cove and dental crown molding, cove molding base trim and small single panel "blind-door" is inset lift-off hinges. The cabinet's face frame has fluted corner columns set into quarter-round door molding, wooden peg mounted three-board back and drawer pockets have hidden drawers for hiding of valuables.; 20 1/4" x 12" x 25 3/4"H.; Condition: Possible continental Austrian/German. Strap hangers are a later era addition. Some bugs holes in back and top of cupboard. Good condition
