ca. 1853; Two gallon salt glazed semi-ovoid stoneware crock with slipped cobalt double tulip design, impressed "Brewer & Helm / Havana / 2" (Stephen T. Brewer, Havana-now Montour Falls, NY) with a rolled, extended rim, applied pair of cupped crescent lugs, double impressed collar ring and Albany slip glaze interior; 9" high, 9 1/2" diam; Condition: Interior rim shrinkage mark, small under rim stone pop, some discoloration.
