ca. 19th century; Each lathe turned single piece blank with flattened-top knob-handle: 1. Primitive thistle flower design with ragged edged leaves, stars accents and angled-radial carved border, 3 1/4" dia. X 2 3/8". 2. Attributed to the "Stylized Urn Series Shop" print face with a stylized plant design with two large variegated leaves and upper accents. The design is center-line pattern with balanced parts and border incised and chip-carved pie crimp design, 3 1/2" dia. X 2 1/4". Condition: both "as found" with wear from use.
