ca. late 19th-early 20th century; Unattributed carver, folk art carved dug sapling, root stock handle walking stick with a thick beaded man with carved eye, flattened nose and relief carved ears wearing a "fez-type" cap with tassel. The stem of the cane has floral painted accents and a shellac coat; 35 3/8"L.; Condition: Chip to head right side of head near cap. Cane is missing cane tip. Unknown origin, similar in designs carved by "The Bally Carver" of Berks Co.
