ca. 1948-1997; Signed, "J.C. S." James C. Seagraves whimsical hand molded whistles with decorative glaze accents and hand crafted whistle in bird's tail: 1. Small size bird on black glazed soda cap stand with applied wings with yellow glaze and mottled black glaze finish, 4" x 1 1/2" x 2 3/4"H. 2. Larger size guinea hen whistle with oval foot, gooseneck, raised tail and manganese "spot" decoration, 8 7/8" x 3 1/4" x 6". Condition: Good - no noted damage.
