An Amish-made bed quilt from Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, featuring the Lincoln or Postage Stamp pattern in navy blue, burgundy, and cream. Hand-pieced with thousands of small squares, the twenty-block grid displays concentric diamonddesigns. Intricate hand-quilting includes diamond, straight-line, and scrolling cable motifs. A yellow index card identifies the origin, materials, and navy and burgundy colors. 96 inches x 108 inches.Very good condition. A light stain is present on the reverse off-white backing fabric. Faint pencil guidelines used for the quilting patterns remain visible in areas of the cream-colored borders. Fabric remains sturdy with no notable tears or fraying
