A vintage cast concrete garden gnome planter by Capitol Ornamental Concrete Specialties. The figure is depicted wearing a tall red hat and apron while holding a large woven-texture basket with a teal interior. The side of the base isincised CAPITOL ORNAMENTAL CONCRETE SPECIALTIES-G394. An orange inventory tag identifies the piece as number 169. Height: 19 inches Width: 12 inches Depth: 8.5 inches.Weathered condition consistent with outdoor use. Significant paint loss and peeling is present throughout, particularly on the hat and beard. The concrete surface shows minor pitting and soil accumulation with no structural breaks.
