A vintage hand-pieced and hand-quilted cotton quilt featuring a green and yellow Flying Geese pattern. The textile is constructed with printed calico and shirting fabrics, finished with diagonal grid quilting. It features a specializedcut-out design at one end to accommodate bedpost corners. A yellow handwritten inventory tag reading 16 accompanies the piece. 73 x 83 inches.General yellowing and surface soiling are visible. Several small brown stains and areas of discoloration are present on the front and back. A small tear measuring one inch is located in the ground fabric, alongside minor edge fraying.
