Traditional wood sewing machine cabinet dated January 1998, featuring a classic furniture-style design with turned legs, warm wood-tone finish, and decorative brass-tone hardware. Designed to provide an attractive and functional sewing workstation while blending into traditional home décor, the cabinet features a recessed rectangular opening for a sewing machine and a hinged/folding top work surface. The cabinet includes a wide center front panel with decorative bail-style hardware flanked by smaller panels with round brass-tone pulls. Four turned legs and traditional detailing give the piece the appearance of an older sewing table while its 1-1998 date marking identifies it as a late-20th-century piece. A versatile piece of sewing room furniture that could be used as a replacement sewing machine cabinet, sewing or quilting station, craft table, hobby workspace, or repurposed as a small writing desk, console table, vanity, or decorative side table. Great for collectors and users of vintage-style sewing furniture, sewing machine tables, quilting furniture, craft room furniture, and traditional wood furnishings. Manufacturer is currently unknown, and compatibility with any particular make or model of sewing machine has not been verified. Sewing machine is not included. Cabinet is dated 1-1998. See photos for more details.
