One collection of decorative porcelain and ceramic miniatures, including pieces by the Hungarian manufacturer Hollóháza. The collection features a rectangular porcelain dish with scalloped corners, decorated with a transfer-printed floral spray in pink, yellow, and green tones, finished with a green-lined rim. The base is stamped in green with the Hollóháza mark, the date 1831, the number 32, and an incised number 943/A. A second Hollóháza piece consists of a pedestal-base holder or candlestick with a woven-textured body and floral sprigs, bearing a blue circular maker's mark and impressed number 80. The group also includes a miniature porcelain tea service for two, decorated with pink roses and gilt rims, comprising a teapot, lidded sugar bowl, cream jug, two cups, a stack of saucers, and an oval tray. Accompanying this are two fluted porcelain baskets with high arched handles and applied ceramic rosebuds, a Victorian-style miniature boot vase with purple floral decoration, and a tiny blue-glazed pot with a wire handle. The lot is completed by seven thimbles, including two cloisonné enamel examples with crane and butterfly motifs, and five porcelain thimbles, one of which is marked Japan to the interior and another featuring the Hungarian coat of arms. Rectangular dish length: approx. 16.5 cm Miniature tea tray length: approx. 6.4 cm Measurements converted from a visible ruler showing inches. Condition: The items are in good overall condition. There is minor surface wear and rubbing to the gilt and silvered rims consistent with age. No visible chips, cracks, or repairs are evident.
