Vintage Pelze Skandinavia Lamb & Suede Coat

Constructed of rich black Persian lamb (Karakul) fur trimmed with tonal black suede paneling, this vintage mid-century full-length coat features broad lapels, a tapered waist, side slit pockets, and a full interior satin lining. A woven maker's labelinside reads "PELZE SKANDINAVIA BERLIN 27 Grußdorfstr. 14." The coat is styled with contrasting suede side panels, an inset back yoke, and undersleeve accents. This example appears in very good, pre-owned condition overall. The suede displays light surface scuffing and faint white marks along the side panels and upper back area, consistent with light wear. The fur remains soft, plush, and tightly curled with no visible bald spots. Interior lining shows light creasing but remains fully intactwith sound stitching. Measures approximately 42" long from collar to hem, 18" shoulder to shoulder, and 23" sleeve length. Offering timeless mid-century European elegance, this finely tailored garment makes a striking piece for vintage fashion enthusiasts and outerwear collectors.
