Handmade Copper Wire and Bead Chain Necklace 65"

This artisan-crafted chain necklace features solid copper wire links and hollow copper beads. Each elongated, twisted-wire link alternates with decorative wrapped coil rosettes, all entirely handmade without the use of soldered commercial chain. Thehollow copper beads display pierced or star-cut decorative openings and visible silver-gray seams where two halves were joined before being patinated. The piece measures approximately 65 inches in length, allowing it to be worn long, doubled, or wrapped as desired. The rich patina includes warm reddish-brown tones, darker oxidation, and areas of greenish or gray patina especially around the seams, reflecting aging and hand-finishing techniques typical of 1980s to 2010s studio jewelry.
