Produced in Scotland for Lee Cooper Boutique (1968-1972), this vintage late 1960s pleated kilt skirt is woven from pure wool featuring a green, navy, red, and yellow tartan plaid pattern. The wrap design incorporates knife pleating around the sides and back, secured by an adjustable waist strap with a silver-tone metal buckle, and includes an oversized kilt safety pin fastener along the front overlap. Interior labeling features a blue woven "Lee Cooper Boutique" neck tag alongside Union Jack artwork, a secondary "All Wool / Made in Scotland" tag, and a tagged size 10 (modern 3/4). Presents in solid vintage condition with gentle wear consistent with age and light handling. The wool fabric remains structurally sound with crisp pleating, showing only minor surface fuzzing and trivial wear to the waist adjustment tab. Measures taught 13" waist (flat across) x 18" total length. A fine piece of British vintage fashion, this skirt offers authentic Scottish wool craftsmanship with timeless preppy and punk display appeal.
