Browning Light Twelve 12ga

Updated August 24, 2026

Lot 7540 brings you a breathtaking Belgian Browning Light Twelve semi-automatic shotgun chambered in 12 gauge. Manufactured in Belgium in 1969, this classic Auto-5 variant features a 24-inch ventilated rib barrel with a bright, shiny bore. The steel receiver frame boasts rich factory scroll engraving, a golden trigger, and a lustrous deep finish, set against finely checkered wooden furniture. Evaluated in good overall condition, the metal exhibits light visible surface rust that does not detract from its elegance. John Browning's iconic Auto-5 was the world's first successful semi-automatic shotgun, and these vintage Belgian-made "Light 12" models are prized globally by collectors and bird hunters for their legendary craftsmanship and smooth recoil-operated cycling. The mechanism cycles cleanly and operates accordingly. Please see photos. Browning Light Twelve 12ga Semi 24 Shiny 69G76088 Good
