Lot 7530 highlights a vintage O.F. Mossberg Model 185K bolt-action shotgun chambered in versatile 20 gauge. This bolt-action scattergun features a 24-inch barrel housing a clean, shiny bore, set into a steel receiver frame and a classic hardwood stock with a contoured pistol-grip wrist. Conditioned in fair overall state, the metal and wood show plenty of handling wear along with visible surface rust consistent with age and field use. This lot includes one detachable box magazine. Produced by Mossberg during the post-WWII boom, the Model 185K earned a fond place in American hunting culture as an innovative bolt-action shotgun equipped with adjustable choke technology for everyday game hunting. The bolt mechanism feeds appropriately and operates accordingly. Please see photos. O.F. Mossberg Model 185k 20ga Bolt 24 Shiny NSN Fair
