Davis Industries P-380 .380 Auto

Updated August 24, 2026

This Davis Industries P-380 semi-automatic pistol is chambered in .380 Auto and represents a compact pocket-pistol design from the economical end of the late-20th-century American handgun market. Serial number AP403093, this example features an approximately 3" barrel with a shiny bore and is in fair overall condition. The pistol utilizes a compact metal frame with synthetic grip panels paired with a steel slide and straightforward blowback operating system. One magazine is included. Davis Industries became especially recognizable during the 1980s and 1990s for producing affordable compact handguns in several popular chamberings, and the P-380 offered a larger cartridge than many of the company’s smaller-caliber pocket pistols. Surviving examples provide an interesting snapshot of that era of American commercial handgun production. With its shiny bore, included magazine, compact dimensions, and familiar .380 Auto chambering, this P-380 offers plenty of period character. Please see photos.
