Updated August 24, 2026

This Bearman BBG9 break-action pistol is chambered in 9mm and offers a compact derringer-style configuration built around a simple, traditional operating system. Serial number BT013594, this example features an approximately 3" barrel with a shiny bore and remains in good overall condition. The pistol utilizes a compact metal frame with a short grip profile and break-action barrel assembly, creating the minimalist proportions associated with classic derringer designs. Bearman Industries has produced a variety of small-format single- and double-barrel pistols intended to provide straightforward operation in an extremely compact package. The BBG9 stands out by chambering the familiar 9mm cartridge in a platform far smaller and simpler than a conventional semi-automatic handgun. Its short barrel, compact grip, and uncomplicated break-action design give it plenty of novelty and collector appeal. With its shiny bore, good overall condition, and unusual 9mm derringer format, this is an interesting little firearm that should attract attention. Please see photos.
