5 Pieces Mid Century Green Glass E O Brody

Five pieces of green glass, and please note a correction to the era. This is not 1930s depression glass. True 1930s green depression glass is a pale transparent yellow green, and none of these match it. The shallow ribbed console bowl is mold embossed on the base E.O. BRODY CO. CLEVELAND O. U.S.A., and Brody made florist ware from the 1960s onward. A footed ribbed compote shares the same emerald green and thin machine pressed body. The remaining three, a pebbled bark texture lidded candy compote and two pitchers of about 8 and 7 and a half inches with diamond optic and coin dot bodies and applied handles, are an olive avocado green that dates to roughly 1965 to 1975. Condition is fair, with a suspected hairline in the Brody bowl base, brown mineral deposits, and a loose off center lid on the compote. Sold as-is.
