Impressive four-panel hand-carved folding screen crafted from a dense Indian rosewood (sheesham), known for its durability, rich color, and suitability for deep carving. The panels feature intricate openwork jali lattice and detailed relief carvings of peacocks, floral vines, and geometric medallions, motifs commonly associated with Indian and Rajasthani decorative traditions. The warm reddish-brown tone highlights the depth of the carving and natural grain of the wood.
