Lladro 11-Piece Children's Nativity Set

This Lladró 11-piece porcelain nativity set, known as the Children's Nativity, features various figures in a youthful style with hand-painted glazed finishes. The set includes the Holy Family consisting of Baby Jesus on a hay-filledmanger, the Virgin Mary in a prayerful pose, and Saint Joseph with a wooden staff. The three kings are represented by a standing king holding a toy car, a kneeling king holding a gift box, and a standing king holding a teddy bear.Additional figures include a shepherdess with a basket and wooden sticks, a girl with a rooster, a kneeling boy with a lamb, a reclining cow, and a reclining donkey. The pieces are decorated in a characteristic palette of pale blue, gray,cream, and pink. Most figures bear the blue underglaze Lladró backstamp marked Hand Made in Spain and Daisa. Incised model numbers include 4670 for Baby Jesus, 4678 for the donkey, and 4672 with a 1977 copyright date for Saint Joseph.The set is in excellent overall condition with no visible chips, cracks, or professional repairs.
