Duck Hunting Marsh Scene Duck Call. Kent Freeman (b.1950) Kennett, MO 5.75" long Freeman won an incredible 8 National Championships during his call making career. Having started at a young age duck hunting with his father, by age 16 he had developed into a talented call maker and avid sportsman. Since retired from call making, we are left with Freemans exceptional works, many of which capture beautiful scenes of the field immaculately on such a small canvas. This exceptional call features an array of endless ducks flying over a marshy edge with a proud dog holding a bird in its mouth. The call is double reed with the insert being faintly carved KSFreeman with a few other illegible letters. Condition: Excellent and original Provenance: Picone Family Collection
