Antique Victorian two-piece porcelain wash set comprising a tall ewer-form pitcher and coordinating circular basin, each finished in glossy white and decorated with delicate pale blue floral sprays. The pitcher features an elegantly flared and scalloped rim, molded foliate ornament, a sweeping scroll handle, and a bulbous body raised on a shaped foot, while the generously proportioned basin is accented by a subtly molded floral and scroll border. Both pieces bear faint underglaze manufacturer’s marks. The set displays age-related crazing, light discoloration and staining within the basin, scattered surface marks, and minor wear consistent with age and use; no major chips or cracks are apparent from the photographs. An attractive period washstand ensemble with strong decorative appeal. The pitcher measures 11.5"H x 9"W and the bowl is 5"H x 11"W.
