A charming mid-20th-century decorative table lamp centered by a dark patinated metal figure of a smiling young street vendor wearing a broad-brimmed hat and holding a textured basket, raised on a richly finished stepped wood pedestal with a dark circular foot. The lamp is fitted with a brass-tone socket and retains its tapered brown shade, decorated with a crackled leather-look surface, darkened borders, and a stenciled floral medallion, with a mottled metallic interior that casts a warm glow when illuminated. The lamp is in working condition and displays scattered surface wear, minor rubbing, scratches, and small finish losses to the figure, base, and shade consistent with age and use. Measures 23"H x 6.5" x 5"D and shade is 7"H x 15.5"W.
