Original 1990 abstract relief print (woodcut) titled Inner Out, Plus or Minus, Smiles or Frowns by Rebecca Mulholland, executed in bold black and white with a dynamic arrangement of floating elliptical, circular, and linear forms carved in high contrast against a textured ground. The composition demonstrates the expressive qualities of traditional relief printing through its strong graphic patterning and rhythmic balance of positive and negative space. Pencil titled along the lower margin, hand signed Rebecca Mulholland, dated © 1990, and numbered 3/40, indicating a limited edition of only ten impressions. Presented under glass in a black frame with a wide mat. The mat exhibits foxing, toning, scattered staining, and moisture spotting throughout, while the frame has light scuffs and scratches consistent with age and handling. Despite the condition issues to the presentation, the print itself retains strong visual contrast and remains an appealing example of the artist’s limited edition relief work. Sight measures 20" x 13". Frame measures 25.25" x 18.25".
