An assortment of five pairs of contemporary and vintage-style fashion sunglasses. The collection includes a pair of Foster Grant cat-eye sunglasses featuring tortoiseshell-effect plastic frames and brown gradient lenses, with the brand name visible on the upper left lens and a CE mark to the interior arm. A second pair of black plastic cat-eye frames features gold-tone triangular accents at the temples and purple gradient lenses, marked to the interior arm with model number W9039 57 16-148 C1. The lot also includes a pair of large rounded pink plastic frames with pink gradient lenses and arms featuring a repeating peace sign motif; a pair of textured gold-tone metal large-format frames with purple-tinted lenses; and a pair of gunmetal-finish oval metal frames with dark lenses and amber-coloured nose pads. Width of grouping approx. 28 cm (measured against a ruler shown in inches). Condition: Items are in used condition with varying degrees of wear. The tortoiseshell-effect and black cat-eye pairs appear to be in generally good order. The textured gold-tone pair shows significant wear, including visible delamination and cloudiness at the lens edges and oxidation to the metal finish. The gunmetal and gold-tone pairs both exhibit yellowing to the nose pads. Lenses throughout the lot show minor surface scuffing and accumulated dust consistent with use.
