The pane includes visible “CLASSIC COLLECTION†wording, 1995 USPS copyright text, and a lower-left “PLATE POSITION†markitranscribed as “S 1 1 1.†It corresponds to Scott U.S. No. 3000. The pane appears intact, with all 20 stamp impressions and surrounding perforations visible. No obvious tears, heavy creases, stains, or detached sections are apparent, though glarelimits assessment of the lower-right area. Mint, original gum, and never-hinged status were not independently verified; reverse and gum condition require examination.
