United States 3-cent postage stamps featuring Thomas Jefferson, marked “THOMAS JEFFERSON,†“1801–1809,†and “3 CENTS 3.†Approximately 30 stamps are visible in a roughly 6-by-5 arrangement, displayed in a clear plastic holder with a labMINT / 1938 PRESIDENTS / COLLECTION.†The design corresponds to the 1938 Presidential Series, likely Scott #807. Visible condition issues include age-related toning or discoloration, a prominent horizontal crease through the middle rows, and unevenor darkened perforation edges. Plastic glare obscures portions of the stamps. The reverse, gum, watermark, hinge status, cancellation status, full margins, completeness, and authenticity were not confirmed. The holder label does not establishofficial U.S. Mint provenance.
