Platinum ring featuring a 2.34-carat oval brilliant-cut natural aquamarine surrounded by a double halo of 84 round brilliant-cut natural diamonds, with additional diamonds accenting the split shoulders. The ring is marked Oscar Friedman.All rings in this auction are currently sized between 6 and 7. The consignor has generously agreed to resize the purchased ring at no charge to the buyer. Rings requiring resizing will be shipped to the consignor and returned to the buyer through Southern Heirs Auction. Please allow approximately two to four weeks for the resizing and return process. The aquamarine is described as light blue, transparent, and very good cut. Diamonds total approximately 0.66 carat and are described as F-G color with VS1-SI1 clarity. Gross weight is approximately 6.8 grams, and the ring is reported to be in excellent condition. A California jewelry insurance appraisal dated June 25, 2024, is included and lists a retail replacement value of $10,700.
