Original World War II U.S. military fighting knife manufactured by Camillus, with the CAMILLUS, N.Y. maker’s mark stamped on the ricasso. This knife features the classic stacked leather handle, steel crossguard, and leather sheath stamped "U.S.N." Overall length is approximately 13 inches. This pattern was produced for the United States military during World War II (1939–1945) and was widely issued to members of the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. The sheath appears to be a U.S.N.-marked leather example accompanying the knife. Condition: Displays wear appropriate for age, including blade patina, handling marks, wear to the stacked leather handle, and age-related wear to the leather sheath. The knife retains the Camillus maker’s mark. Please review all photographs for condition and completeness. If you have any doubt, please attend the preview and examine all photographs closely before bidding.
