Original MADE in ESTONIA RONDO Mr. BLICK TOY GAME

AVAILABLE for SHIPPING or LOCAL PICKUP > An original Rondo Blick dexterity game manufactured in Estonia, comprising the large molded yellow playing tray and the original pink capsule form character known as Mr. Blick. The tray features a broad shallow circular arena with a slightly raised central depression, together with a molded side compartment for retaining Mr. Blick between games. The blue triangular label is marked RONDO ~ BLICK, while an impressed directional arrow appears near the narrow end. Mr. Blick is hollow and contains a loose internal weight that causes the figure to tumble unpredictably from end to end. The object is to tilt and maneuver the tray until the character comes to rest standing upright within the small central depression. Contemporary game references classify Blick as a children’s dexterity game for one or more players, with the winner completing the balancing challenge in the shortest time. A later reproduction was marketed by Schylling as a nostalgic jumping bean game using the same basic tray and weighted character concept. ThIS original edition was not presented in a conventional fully illustrated retail carton. Examples were supplied as the exposed molded game assembly, sometimes accompanied only by a simple protective covering, label, or minimal packaging rather than a separate graphic box. The yellow tray therefore functions as both the playing surface and the recognizable product presentation. A distinctive vintage action toy combining balance, coordination, timing, and chance, suited for collections of Estonian toys, Soviet era and Eastern European design, dexterity games, retro plastics, Rondo products, or unusual tabletop games.
