R Serial # NSN. .22 Sh-L-LR caliber bolt action single shot rifle with a 24” barrel. The bore is excellent, clean with strong rifling. Early model made prior to 1947. The blued metal finish on the barrel and receiver is an older re-blue and is in good condition showing edge wear, thinning and scratches with scattered light surface rust. The barrel markings have been partially buffed off. The plain walnut stock has been lightly refinished and is in good to very good condition showing scattered light marks. Original steel butt plate. Original front and rear sights. The action works fine. Made from 1935-1959. C&R.
