R Serial # 26927. 12-gauge semi auto shotgun with a 28” plain barrel. The bore is excellent, clean and shiny. The barrel is choked Modified. The chamber is 2-3/4”. Made in 1955. The blued metal finish on the barrel and receiver is in good condition showing muzzle and edge wear with thinning, scratches and scattered light freckling. The checkered walnut forearm is in good condition showing scattered scratches with finish wear; there is a repaired crack at the nose. The matching checkered walnut butt stock is in generally good to very good condition showing little wear, there is a repaired chip at the toe that has been over-sanded. The plastic butt plate has also been over sanded at the toe. The action works fine. The Model 50 was made from 1954-1961. C&R.
