This lot includes six vintage children's hardcover books. The group centers on A. A. Milne titles illustrated by Ernest H. Shepard, including Winnie the Pooh, The House at Pooh Corner, When We Were Very Young, and Now We Are Six, published by E. P. Dutton. Also included are A Child's Garden of Verses by Robert Louis Stevenson from Platt and Munk with illustrations by Eulalie, and an Aesop's Fables edition. The Milne volumes retain their pictorial cloth covers in the familiar pink, blue, and tandesigns. The books show mild edge and cover wear consistent with age and remain in good to very good condition. Estimated Value: $50 to $90 based on comparable recent sales. Sold as-is.
