Issued in September 1942 for the German Winterhilfswerk charity campaign, this trio of pressed glass donation badges stems from the "Deutsche Baudenkmäler" architectural series. The first piece, molded in blue glass, features the Prinz Eugen Monument in Vienna with an inscribed base. The second piece, in green glass, displays the Mahnmal München memorial featuring an eagle and swastika motif above a multi-tiered platform. The third piece, fashioned from smoky grey glass, depicts the soaring facade of the Strasbourg Cathedral. Each relief-molded block measures 1.4 by 1 inch with crisp detailing. All three pieces display minor edge wear including chipping and light tarnish in the recessed areas consistent with their age. PM
